What is your turnaround time?
- It varies, just keep an eye out for the top of the website.
** TURNAROUND IS BUSINESS DAYS NOT WEEKENDS
Do you offer refunds or returns?
- we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please contact us for any questions regarding an order you placed and we will try to help with what we can on an order to order basis
Do the headbands fit children?
- Our headbands are one size fits most! In most cases, they do. I have a few kids in my family that wear them daily. Check out our Instagram for photos!
Can we order the same week?
- You can place an order the same week if you're a Miami Local but you would need to purchase the RUSH ORDER listing and add the date needed to the notes. If you do not your items will not be pushed through. If you are not local please give me at least 8 days notice for your order!
Do you ship to the hotels?
- Yes we can ship them to the Disney Hotels! I will mail it all I need is the name of the reservation & you can pick it up with the tracking number!
