What is your turnaround time?

  • Current Turnaround Time (CTA) is always on the top of the website. Please make sure to check the CTA prior to placing your order. If you need your items sooner you may purchase RUSH MY ORDER on the site as well. (**restrictions apply)

Do you offer refunds or returns?

  • we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please contact us for any questions regarding an order you placed and we will try to help with what we can on an order to order basis.

    Do the headbands fit children?

    • Our headbands are one size fits most! In most cases, they do. I have a few kids in my family that wear them daily. Check out our Instagram for photos! 

    Can we order the same week as our trip?

    • We offer a Rush My Order which you can find on our shop. There are some regulations for our rush orders depending on time frame and how many pairs you would like to order. If you'd like to confirm prior to your order please feel free to contact me via DM or email.  

    Do you ship to the hotels?

    • Yes we can ship them to the Disney Hotels! I will mail it all I need is the name and address of your hotel, the name on the reservation & you can pick it up usually at the front desk with the tracking number!
    • We are also local to Walt Disney World in Orlando FL now so if you'd like delivery you may choose that option at checkout and it will be calculated into your order instead of shipping.
